About the room
I am in a basement apartment it small but cozy and plenty of room. The area is very nice and close to everything. Utilities are included in the rent. It’s quite a few noises from upstairs but that really about it. Still slowly getting some furniture. I do have a bed in there that really not been used it has sheets on it and plastic on the mattress but that about it
About the roomies
I am 31 years my father just recently passed away as he lived with me and I toke care of him. so it is just me and my two pugs I don’t really know my neighbored but I tend to keep to myself but they are nice.
