I’m renting a room, it will be a shared bathroom with me and my kids the apartment is located in a great area, bus stop, restaurants, 10 minutes away from the Airport, 20 minutes walking to the Mall, internet and all utilities will be included laundry and drying available the only thing not included is cable if you want cable need to pay extra at month so I can order TV box.

I’m a single mother with two kids I’m looking for some responsible, with no drama someone respectful, absolutely no drinking, smoking or visitors in the apartment.
