Newly painted masters bedroom with your own walk-in closet and personal bathroom. You will have your own kitchen and refrigerator space as well as your own parking spot. The street we live on is safe and popular with the neighboring residents to do their daily walks! The area is mixed with Chinese, Vietnamese, and Hispanic residents, everyone is really nice. We can provide you with necessary furniture but if you would like to use your own, that’s welcomed as well! We don’t have crazy parties and is Covid19 responsible, we hope you might feel the same way too! Please contact me if you would like to check out the place!

We are a Chinese/Vietnamese family of 3 looking for someone to occupy the master’s bedroom. We also have a loving/shy cat that’ll roam around the house. Quiet hours is usually around 11PM, we are very homebody people so we’re usually in our room. We will try our best to work with you if you have any requests (i.e. cooking time, quiet hours, etc.)
