Located near Auburn, the apartment is a simple space to hang your hat. Located near central bus lines, easy access to movies, Walmart, and Central Auburn.

I live by myself with my orange tabby cat, Sam. I’m very easy going, pretty much keep to myself (honestly kind of a shut in) so you can expect to have the public spaces to yourself most of the time.

I ask for only the base amount of cleanliness in public spaces.

The apartment features a private little patio, a fireplace, and in-apartment appliances including a washer and dryer!

I’m looking to get someone like minded and respectful, preferably by December 1st
