Furnished bedroom available in a small but welcoming West Ogden home. The room is on the second floor.

For the next four to six months (possibly permanently), the house will not have another roommate, so you’ll have the place to yourself. The house is a duplex and there is a quiet woman living on the other side with a small, quiet dog.

The house boarders a large open space so you’ll have to be OK dealing with the occasional wildlife that come through the yard – raccoons/possum and three resident feral cats.

You are quiet, calm and relaxed (no drama) and hoping to secure a safe, affordable and comfortable space to live. You are looking to contribute kindness and cordiality to the existing resident. No drugs or long term overnight guests – smoking outside only. Cats are fine – may consider a dog if they are well-behaved, not aggressive, and don’t bark for prolonged periods.

This is month to month, but it is fine if you’re looking to stay longer-term. All utilities are included (gas/electric/water/sewer/garbage/WiFi) – in-room AC unit/central heat.

There are currently no additional overnight roomies, and there will probably not be anyone else living here for the next several months. My brother (62) has a bedroom here for when he visits but his primary residence is in Oregon.
