Aimee's room

I am renting out the smaller room in my 2 bed one bath apartment. The room is unfinished with one closet. There isn’t any other storage provided. There is only one parking space so there will not be an assigned parking for this room. There are extra spaces and space along the road. We are right off the highway and off of one of the JBLM gates. We do not allow partying at the apartment. The rest of the apartment furnished. No smoking of any kind as that is rule for the complex.

Me and my girlfriend live here. I also have my dog. We do not allow any other pets as he doesn’t get along with them. We are a quiet couple that is gone working most the time as we are both military. We do ask that who ever moves in is willing to take care of the dog once a week as we have duty and don’t come home for 24 hours. Any other questions feel free to ask.
