I’m looking for housemates for my home in Castro Valley. There are two unfurnished rooms available in this 3 BR 2 Bath Home. Common spaces include the kitchen and the living room which would be already furnished (differently than the pictures), in addition to the shared bathroom. There is a driveway with garage parking as well. There is plenty of outdoor space.

I’m a full-time student and a part-time preschool teacher. I’m twenty years old and looking for people around my age. I have a friendly kitty named Jimmy who is six years old and will get along with other friendly cats. I’m very active and I’m an early riser to hit the gym but get out of the house quickly and quietly.
