I’ve bought my first house and I am looking for a roommate to share the place with. The house looks deceptively small from the outside but once you get in you will be surprised how far back the house goes on the property. The room for rent is 12 x 13 and has a shared bathroom. I am 56yo with a stable job. I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs. I tend to lead a quiet life and prefer that in roommates. My niece, mid 20s, is living with me with her cat, Apawllo. She graduated three years ago from college and also doesn’t smoke or do drugs.
