Live in super friendly Pomeranian who spends most of time in roommates room. Great parking availability. Super friendly easy going introverted roommate looking for someone kind, considerate, clean, and reliable. Current roommate leaves Dec 25 so I can show it then. Ideal move in any time in January. Roommate must agree to split utilities, and wifi. Will be required to submit an application and sign a lease.

Super friendly and 4/20 friendly. I have a super sweet 3 year old Pomeranian and would love to be friends with my roommate but if not at least have a great understanding and mutual respect. Very tidy and rarely have company other than my boyfriend but he by no means lives with me and has his own place.
