Located just off Manchester Rd, the property has a pool open during the summer months. Two tennis courts available with a racquetball court located within the administration/Clubhouse. A small gym, business center, steam spa, pool table, social area with grille and a small dog park. The location is somewhat walkable with many amenities within a 30 minute walk radius. Apartment itself is mostly furnished with in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. The kitchen, dining room and living room are furnished and comfortable to cook, relax and sit in. So far it is basic bachelor pad level with current improvements coming soon. You will have a private room with decent closet space. The room is unfurnished besides a twin bed.

Currently my gf and I live in the apartment. We like to keep to ourselves but are very friendly and more than happy to make plans with you. We like keeping things, neat and organized and mostly clean. Pesky dust! We particularly dont have parties at the apartment nor do the neighbors, we like keeping it that way. It is a quiet place. Everything usually dies down around 10pm with multiple families living in the building.
