About the room
I am looking for a roommate to move-in with me in a contemporary 3BR/2.5BTH condo in the central part of town. This condo was built in 2018 and contains a two-car garage as well as a washer and dryer. Downstairs has tile flooring, and upstairs is carpeted. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and I have provided the living area with a spacious sectional couch and accommodating furniture. Iβve lived here with one other roommate for going on a year now, and looking for someone to replace him upon his departure on November 7th. Ideally I would like to share this space with just one other person, as it will provide plenty of room for two of us. The extra bedroom can be utilized however desired (office/exercise/guests). I am already occupying the master bedroom and will compensate for this in a greater amount of rent. The current rate is $1850 in which I am paying $950 and the joiner will pay $900. Electricity, water, and internet will be split in half. Comparative to the current market of one-bedroom places in town, this is personally a great deal in value. Itβs practically new with minimal requirement of maintenance, in close proximity to the UofA and Tucson Mall, with no hassle of dealing with apartment woes. The main trade-off of course being sharing this space with a random individual.
About the roomies
A little about me; I am a UofA 2019 Alumni with an MIS major and an occupation in fine dining Mixology. When Iβm not working, I enjoy spending my free time exercising whether itβs running, lifting, hiking, or playing sports. I work nights and generally get off between 10PM-12AM. I maintain a clean, organized space and value communication and respecting boundaries. My ideal candidate of a roommate would be someone similar in age range with similar values.
