MJ's room

Beautiful community in Annapolis, that has a community pool and tennis courts, with access to Quiet Waters Park. You would have access to screened back porch, kitchen and family room as well as your own room and bathroom (occasionally would be used by guests). Would prefer someone who is relatively organized and is working or in graduate school. I would even consider someone who just needs a place 1 week or 2 weeks per month, etc. No alcoholics, smokers, drug users. No overnight guests without discussion.

Single woman, who works professionally for U.S. government, and mostly teleworks. I have my own life and activities. I am neat and organized. Like music and the arts.
