Beautifully refinished 5-bedroom house has one fully furnished room now available for month to month rent (women only). Two shared bathrooms as well as shared laundry facilities in the basement. Monthly rent includes gas, electric, water and garbage. This is a large property with a flower garden and back fencing, front and back porches. There is also a community vegetable garden and chicken coop across the street.
