-Furnished bedroom (Queen Size Bed) with closet and shared bathroom. Furniture can be removed upon request. The townhouse is in a non-gated community near I-75 highway exit (No Highway noise) and 8-10 minutes away from USF. The townhouse has a full kitchen, living space, garage, and laundry room to share. Rooms are located on the second floor. The townhouse community includes green spaces for pets, an access code for the pool, and a riverside park with a dock for kayaking. Rent is 900$ and utilities are equally split.

Most restaurants and commerce are located 5 minutes away and it’s close distance to I-75 eases mobility around the city. There is also a public bus stop 1-2 minutes of walking distance. The room is ideal for USF students but the offer is open for everyone.

Currently, there is a person in the other room. He is Quiet, responsible, clean and respectful and he will be until December of this year.
