Derek's room

Room is 8ft by 9.5ft with a closet and window included. Room will be furnished with a bed and two drawer dresser. Bathroom is directly across from room and shared by me and any guests. Cleaning of the bathroom will be shared. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Food is not to be stored inside room. Room does come with a lock and key.

Nice quiet neighborhood with many families. House is on a corner lot. The house has a washer and dryer, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. Each roommate will get one shelf in the refrigerator to him/herself.

Property is 3 miles from a Walmart. 3 miles from a Publix, Esporta, and a strip mall. 3 miles from hwy US 19.

I am a 39 year old male. I work Sunday to Wednesday getting up at 1am and going to bed at 6pm. I like to keep things relatively tidy and clean. Looking for the same in others. I try to keep quiet hours consistently running from 6pm-7am Saturday-Wednesday.
I am looking for someone who is clean, and respectful of me and the house.
