I am planning on moving out, but my current roommate wishes to stay until the lease ends, so I am looking for a replacement to help pay for the rent. The apartment is Camden Old Creek, and the complex is situated nicely between Carlsbad, Encinitas, and San Elijo. While the rent is pricey, you will be paying for a garage, a valet that takes the trash out daily, the washer/dryer in your room, access to a pool and gym, and amongst the other smaller benefits you can get at Camden. Though the specifics are to be negotiated with the landlords, the apartment is pet-friendly, and the area is a nice place to walk your dog for example. Additionally, you will have your own room and walk-in closet (in total the floor space is 12’ 10“ x 11’ 0“), as well as your own bathroom (its the main bathroom of the room, but we have two bathrooms, so it is pretty much yours). While I am still determining what I’ll bring back with me, you will be left with some things you don’t need to worry about buying (large serving dishes, a vacuum, and a recliner to name a couple).

Preferably, my roommate and I would like someone who don’t mind not only staying for the duration of the current lease (ending around Spring), but also for another leasing term and with a price of $1600 (if you are one individual), we would like if you are financially stable. If you have a second person you wish to bring, the room you’ll inherit should just be big enough to fit two beds, though desk space is limited. The two of us typically stay in our rooms so we also like someone who isn’t too rowdy and respectful of the other person’s peace. The kitchen is a shared space so we would like if you do cook to clean after yourself and not leave dishes hanging around for more than like 3 days. Now since Camden is a gated community and in a richer area, they do not allow smoking in the building (and since the room is on the 2nd floor, you’ll likely bother the 3rd floor tenets), but you are allowed to smoke outside the area. By the looks of it, you are free to smoke on the other side of the entrance gates, so they are lenient about that part, but try to avoid smoking within the building itself.
