Hi everyone. I am looking for a female roommate with no kids or pets. Please Note: I almost never reach out first, so please feel free to to message me if you are seriously interested. My Charlotte home is a 3br/2ba house located in southeast Charlotte. Independence Blvd allows quick and easy access to most of the city!

The spare bedroom I have is fully furnished with brand new furniture and tv. Currently there is no additional room to add a desk, unless you want me to remove the larger dresser. There is extremely fast wifi throughout the home. I would love to find an extremely honest, happy, healthy, open-minded roommate that pays her rent on time and keeps the room nice, neat, and clean. Sociability is important to me, so if you prefer to keep to yourself, or if you work more than 40 hours per week, we will not be a good match. Also looking for someone who does not work 3rd shift, is nocturnal or might come and go in the middle of the night. Rent does include utilities, and is only $300 a month, but please note the $300 security deposit. I am perfectly fine with background checks on myself, and insist the same transparency from you.

I do prefer phone conversations over texting when first getting to know someone.

I am a thoughtful Charlotte man and homeowner who is fun, engaging and overall quite personable. I do not smoke, drink, or party. I am soft spoken, but love to laugh and bring joy to others around me. I spend my free time cooking, cleaning, watching Tv, playing on my desktop PC, going for short walks, and on very rare occasions playing on my XBox. I am also a huge table top gamer, which would include board games, card games, and table top RPGs. I also love movie night, eating out, exploring new places, and enjoying new activities. I do work from home, so I am at the house 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I own a small, short haired, declawed cat, so if you are even slightly allergic to cats please pass me by.
