Hi everyone. My name is Kevin. I am looking for a female roommate with no kids or pets. My Charlotte home is a 3br/2ba house located in southeast Charlotte, near Matthews. Independence Blvd and Monroe Road allow quick and easy access to most of the city.

The spare bedroom I have is fully furnished with brand new furniture and tv. Currently there is no additional room to add a desk, unless you want me to remove the larger dresser. Extremely fast wifi throughout the home. I would love to find an extremely honest, happy, healthy, open-minded roommate that pays her rent on time and keeps the room nice, neat, and clean. Sociability is important to me, so if you prefer to keep to yourself, or if you work more than 41 hours per week, we will not be a good match. Also looking for someone who does not work 3rd shift, is nocturnal, or might come and go in the middle of the night. Rent does include utilities, and is $200 per month. Please note the $200 nr deposit. I am perfectly fine with background checks on myself, and insist the same transparency from you.

Special Note: My vetting process is thorough and meticulous, so if you are in a big rush, you may want to pass me by. I do not text with people I do not know. Phone conversations only. Also, I require at least 2 or 3 interviews by phone and at least 1 or 2 interviews “in person” before any move in date. Obviously, if you are living outside of the Charlotte NC area, there will be no way for me to interview you “in person”, so please consider that if you decide to contact me.

I am the home owner and single resident. I am a classy, successful, professional man who is fun, engaging and overall quite personable. I do not smoke, drink, or party. I am soft spoken, but love to laugh and bring joy to those around me. I spend my free time cooking, cleaning, watching Tv, playing on my desktop PC, and on very rare occasions playing on my XBox. I am a huge table top gamer, which would include lots of board games, card games, and table top RPGs. I also love movie nights, eating out, exploring new places, and riding my indoor exercise bike every day, which you can use as well. I work from home, so of course I am here 24/7.
