And in a GREAT neighborhood? We have a spacious PRIVATE room available for rent with DIRECT access to a partially shared bathroom. The bathroom features jack and jill sinks and below the counter storage. Shared bathroom ONLY when we have Company as it would be shared with the homes guests ONLY if and when that happens. The bathroom is to be YOURS singularly 99% of the time and is located directly off of your room, very convenient!

The bedroom features a LARGE full length wall closet with racks and shelving so that you can stack and hang your clothes. There is storage above the closet for any additional items you may have and/or decor. You will have direct access to the bathroom from your bedroom that features double sinks, jack and jill style. The toilet, bathtub and shower are just beyond that and are separated by a door for ultimate privacy.

Nice and quiet as this location is on the 2nd story of the home featuring high ceilings. There are multiple windows so the lighting is great ….and even feature a gorgeous mountain view!

The home features a ring camera for security. We have a fully furnished kitchen including all dishes, eating/cooking utensils pots/pans & cups as well as a coffee pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, crock pot, etc. My home features stainless steel oven/microwave as well as a refrigerator and dishwasher. Parking is available in the drive-way, one car max per person. Full sized washer/dryer in garage. Furnished living room, dining room and a large work out room for use in home.

No pets allowed, must be ok with 2 dogs living in a secluded area of the home. No exceptions.

Utilities and high speed Spectrum wifi approximately $450 monthly. The home is professionally cleaned monthly and is $50 per person per month. You are required to clean up after yourself daily but NO scrubbing of tubs, toilets or appliances. YAY! ALL utilities to be divided evenly amongst Renter’s with a 3 person minimum and 5 person maximum. For details about current renters and number of people in the home, please inquire.

I have a background in Property Management so everything will be handled confidentially and professionally. Must complete an application and provide proof of income as well as a current credit report (dated within 7 days-please wait for advisement on this) a fee of $40 per applicant is required for processing all necessary information. Must have clean background, employment as well as positive previous rental history. First time renters welcome with an increased deposit (all deposits refundable) after move out.

First months rent and 1 months rent deposit will be due at move in. Lease terms to be discussed, month to month optional for additional fee. 90 day minimum stay required.
