I’m looking for a trust worthy roommate for my 2 bed 1 bath apartment on ninth street. It’s a perfect location and will only be $900 per person plus internet which wont be more than another $50/month. Along with this, it comes with a nice backyard and an area to park a bike as well as 1 car parking space. There’s a large common space and really nice kitchen as well.

My name is TeraAb and I recently relocated from New York City to Boulder to continue the process of converting my school bus into a skoolie! This process will be carried out in a different location so you won’t have to worry about noise.

I work most days from 7am - 9pm so you will most likely have the place to yourself for most of the day! Im a pretty laid back guy, i love being outside, skipping rocks, playing my guitar, writing songs, and things of that nature, which is why I fell in love with boulder the first time I came here! I’m also very into meditation, so if you are the same we could have some really deep conversation. I’m very much so the type that if you want to be left alone as well I totally understand that given I value having my own space as well!
