We have a fully furnished kitchen including all dishes, eating/cooking utensils pots/pans & cups as well as a coffee pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, crock pot, etc. My home features stainless steel oven/microwave as well as refrigerator and dishwasher. If you have a refrigerator you wanted to bring for private use, we can do that and have space in the garage! Parking is available in the drive-way and/or on our street, details to be finalized upon move in, one car per person max. Full sized washer/dryer for use and located in the garage. Furnished home including all common living spaces and a large BONUS room for working out or lounging.

No pets allowed at all, and must be ok with 2 dogs. They reside with me in a secluded area of the home. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Utilities approximately $450 monthly including wifi, Sparklett’s water and preventative pest control monthly spraying. We have no pests and intend to keep it that way! Our home is professionally cleaned monthly, this is non-negotiable and is $50 per person monthly. You are expected to clean up after yourself daily but no toilet, tub, or appliance scrubbing required :) All utilities to be divided evenly amongst Renter’s, total roommates are 3-4.

Be ready to provide proof of income as well as a current credit report (to be provided for review, and must be dated within 7 days of applying) processing fee is $40 per applicant to verify all information. Must have clean background and positive standing employment/income as well as previous rental history. Everything will be handled confidentially and professionally.

First months rent and 1 months rent deposit (on approved application) will be due at move in. First time Renters welcome with increased deposits. Deposits refundable at move out as long as their are no damages…think of this as a savings account!
