I have a room for rent in Indian rocks beach right near the beach a block from , all utilities electric , water , internet and cable . washer and dryer in the complex its a 6 unit complex so it is family friendly , the room has a good sized closet and 2 large windows.

I currently have 1 dog he is under 30 LBS my apartment allows only dogs under 30 LBS , I am ideally looking for a female room mate , maybe with a child as I have a child as well , I do currently work from home and I work another job serving at night so my roommate would have to mind the working hours that I do work from home , there are 6 other units I have all younger neighbors and everybody in the complex knows everybody , it’s very quiet and when you walk to the road you can see the beach so the location is ideal and a very good area , if you have any questions let me know . (the photos currently still hold some of the stuff from my daughter in it but that will all be removed and the pink wall will be painted grey nothing will be in there upon move in .
