We have one furnished (or, can be unfurnished) room for rent in our Allen Texas home. $550/mo, $300 Deposit. Available 8/16/23. Rent includes: utilities, wifi, kitchen and laundry room use. Private bedroom / shared bathroom. (with 1 other female) Great place for professionals or college students. We’re only 5 minutes from Collin College Spring Creek Campus, and minutes from several Allen/Fairview shopping areas, restaurants, gyms, hiking trails, parks, etc…

Serious inquiries only please. Active on the go single female only, 20yrs - 35yrs works best for our situation. Not suitable for couples or children. No pets, no smoking. We rent month to month, but prefer 6 months or more ‘intent’ to stay. Please include information about yourself when inquiring: age? gender? college or professional? How soon do you need to move in? how long are you looking to rent? do you have a job? do you have your own transportation? are you local to DFW now?

We rent 4 rooms (3 rented now, 1 available), females only. All rental rooms are upstairs. Private bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms upstairs (you’ll share a bathroom with 1 other female). Large game room upstairs.

My wife and I are an easy-going Christian couple in our 60s. We’ve lived in Allen for 40+ years. All our children are grown and moved out. We’ve been renting rooms for 13+ years. Our home is quiet and clean. We live in a safe neighborhood.

P.S. We have a short hair house cat. Her food and liter are in the garage, so no cat smells in the house.
