Small furnished upstairs room for rent. Looking for a person who works full-time outside of the home. Most show proof of employment and have a least two professional references. Shared bathroom with one other person. Most keep shared areas clean and show respect for others in the home which includes my two dogs and 1 cat. Rent is $800.00 which includes all utilities except cable in addition there is a $800.00 deposit. Total move in is:$1600 cash only! No Expectations! A receipt can be furnished upon request.I’m open to short or long term renters. The room will be available on August 1st Sorry but no couples or children. In addition , no illicit drugs including marijuana. Social drinking ok.Good communication skills is a most! I have been renting rooms for many years and I have been blessed for the most part to have good tenants who respect others boundaries and are honest. I pride myself on providing a drama free safe environment for all who rent from me. It is extremely important to me that whoever I rent to has common sense and is emotionally stable. No drama will be tolerated, No overnight guests or entertaining guests in my home. Most keep shared living area’s clean and tidy at all times. High speed Wi-Fi. On site laundry are available. Limited kitchen privileges. A mini frig and microwave are included. The only utility that isn’t included is cable. But a small flat screen tv is available upon request.
