Hardwood-furnished room in 3br 2400sq ft home available immediately for respectful, responsible and clean roommate. [If someone, or a couple, wants a larger room, then I can move into this one and it’d be 1050/mo for the larger one].

We have a professional pool table and a good collection of gym equipment downstairs. Three decks surround the house and the sizeable back yard is beautifully forested. Washer and dryer are shared, along with all the common spaces.

I’m 29, work 90+ hours managing 3 restaurants and the lovely Buddhist couple in the master bedroom (32 and 45) own a hand-crafted boutique store (plus he works full time too). We enjoy eating together on occasion, or playing a game of chess if we’re in at the same time but we’re mostly on different schedules.
