We are sub-leasing our duplex house. 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs both with bathroom en suite. There is no carpet, all wood floors. Half bath & bedroom downstairs, living room, kitchen, backyard, washer/dryers, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. All in good condition and work well. We are only moving because we cannot afford rent between the two of us. Great location off of Riverside, 10-15 minutes to downtown. Great house! lease is 12/1/22 - 7/25/23. Renewing with Landlord company is possible. We have lived here happily for 3 years.

We are sub-leasing so will not be living on the property with anyone. Recommend 3 roommates, but is possible to afford with only 2.
