Hey there!

I am looking for one person to take over my lease in West Philly (Wiota St.) starting as early as Nov 15. Lease runs through July 2023. There are two roommates that are staying in the space: one is a resident at Penn Medicine and one is a researched at HUP. They are clean, quiet, and very friendly/respectful.

Apartment:

It is a 2-floor penthouse with 3 very spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one for each person), an amazing kitchen, a large living room with lots of light, a study space, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a roof top patio with a great view of the city only accessible by the three roommates. The room is on the first floor. It is very large, with substantial closet space and a lot of natural light.

Location:

20 min walk to either Penn or Drexel campus. 10 min walk to ACME. 3 min walk to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. There is easy access to the subway and Septa buses/trolleys.

Cost:

Rent is $880 (includes water) + utilities ($31 for internet and electricity/heating varies between $30 - $80 in any given month depending on usage).

Michael is a resident physician with Penn Medicine who has been living in the space for the past four years. May is a researcher with HUP. She has been in the apartment for five months, but has been in living in Philly for eight years. They are both lovely people. Very clean and quiet.
