Property is a storefront triplex. The setup is a bit unique. The store is fully rented and leased for 10 years and carries a wide variety of food. On the 2nd floor rear of store there are 4 rooms in a line and a 4 piece bath. These rooms have been segmented into 2 units each offering 2 rooms unit 2 which consists of room 2 and 3 is 2 nice size rooms 1 of course to be a bedroom and rents for $900 per mo . Unit 2 consists of rooms 4 & 5 about same area but one of the rooms smaller and rents for $875. Each unit on this floor has a closet lock to be provided by tenants at occupancy if required. Each unit has use of a common 4 piece bath. Wash unit has use of a Kitchen on 1st floor that has a common Electric Range, sink, small fridge for each unit indicated as Unit 2 and Unit 3, and a common Microwave. There is a separate room off kitchen which will be dedicated alternate days of month shown on a calendar displayed in Kitchen. This room has a wall mounted TV Sofa and 2 Chairs. It also has a small table to eat at. Responsibility to keep clean is tenants joint responsibility. Very small yard space as well if one or both wishes to use a grill. Lease from 6 - 12 mos reverts to month to month with even 1 late payment. No smoking or vaping of any substance permitted on premises. Do so and will be a broken term resulting in lockout until $1000.00 fine paid or they will be removed. 2nd offense permanent removal. Looking for tenants who can get along. Washer/Dryer on premises.
About the roomies
Roomers leases were not renewed preparing for a new owner. We now are offering 2 Units with immediate availability. Property still for sale as owner has not received an offer he finds acceptable.
