Great property in East Ft Lauderdale about 1.5miles to the beach (Lauderdale by the Sea) Close to publix( 1mile) Lots of restaurants and 95 close by.The house is located in a quiet, safe and upscale neighborhood on the east side of Federal Hwy close to the beach. I am renting out one of my bedrooms it is furnished with a double closet, queen bed,dresser, two nightstands, and also a tv cabinet with a couple extra drawers for storage. It has an en-suite full bath that Is brand new I just remodeled it. I have my own half bath, but ***The shower which is in your room is shared between us.. Just the shower I have a half bath for my own use.. All Utilities are included Month to month lease stay as long as you want. The property is waterfront and a duplex. I don’t have a pool, but I have a nice deck and patio to sit or lay out with ample parking. I love animals but I can’t accept them because of my work, so NO Pets please. I am looking for a female roommate. If you work on yachts or boats even better, my roommate and I are in the marine industry also. I am the property owner. My friend rents my upstairs. He works on a private boat and travels quite a bit, so I’m am usually here by myself. I work for myself and build custom fishing rods so I’m usually working at home. I’d like someone that works out of the house. I’m quiet, clean and respectful and expect the same. I want someone who cleans up after themselves and maintains their space. I am fun, outgoing,very laid back and am respectful of people’s space. Im open to hanging out and making new friends. I look forward to finding someone that is a good fit.
