The property is situated within walking distance of shops and the main down town Crestview area. The room itself has new click board flooring, as well as a (non-functioning) fireplace. It has its own closet as well as plenty of space for a bed, desk, and dressers. The shared bathroom is also newly renovated with claw foot soaking tub and tile work. The kitchen and living-room are open concept (all furnishings for the living-room provided, with access to cookware if needed). Pictures available upon request.

I’m (24 f) going to be the only other roommate and I keep the home well maintained. I’m pretty easy going, I have two cats who are finicky so I ask that there be no other pets in the home. The cats won’t be allowed in your room unless you explicitly allow them to be. I vape, so that is allowed in the home. I have a varying schedule but I’m more than willing to accommodate quiet hours.
