This house is within walking distance of Northridge Elementary, offering amazing trails, and Town Center for shopping, including a farmer’s market in the summer. Plus, relish the perks of having awesome neighbors who take care of each other. Marvel at mountain views from both the backyard and kitchen.

Priced at $1,300, plus split utilities of $200 per month, this attractive rental space offers a pleasant living option. A 1-year lease is preferred, with a 1-month deposit upfront.
