Kat's room

A room will be opening up in my house on November 1st for $800/month. The house is a really pretty 4b1b with a big kitchen, washer and dryer, lots of storage, private parking ($25/mo) and a big backyard with fig trees and my small veggie garden. It’s located at the northeast corner of downtown right next to the Davis Food Co-op, so only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk to campus. Also a 5 minute walk to the farmers’ market and lots of other downtown goodies. The room has bright natural light and a private entrance, in addition to the front and back entrances to the house. You would cover a fifth of the electricity bill (since the house hosts 4 people and the landlord chips in too). Internet and water are completely covered by the landlord. Happy to share more info privately as well as pictures/address or even a tour if you’re local. I want to find someone who will like the place as much as I do. 🙂 (Pic is of the back of the house)
