Congratulations, much like buying a lottery ticket not expecting much, and suddenly finding yourself picking all six numbers, you just hit the room-for-rent jackpot by finding us. This could quite literally be the best day of your life!

Ok, ok, now that we’ve got the people with no sense of humor out of the way, let’s get after it.

We have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in West Wash Park. The location itself is just a few blocks off the park and well within walking distance of several coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

Both current residents are in their 40s. One female, one male. Your room would be on the main floor and the bathroom would be shared with the male room mate. The house also has tons of storage space and a gated front yard.

The room can be partly furnished, if you so desire, with a queen sized bed and night stand. If you have your own furniture, that works too.

Rent is $850 per month and 1/3 utilities. This is an almost unheard of price for this neighborhood and it’s available immediately.
