Yellowstone Trail

Have a single unfurnished room available for rent. Shared bathroom with one other tenant. All bills (including fiber internet) included. Access to kitchen use and washer/dryer. House located in very nice neighborhood by Lone Star area (behind Prime Time).

I’m 34 and work in restaurant service industry. Usually working most nights and weekends. I share the master with my 32 year old girlfriend and we have one other 27 year old male who lives with us. We have 2 cats, but prefer not to have anymore pets in the house. Don’t often have guests over or parties or anything like that.
