The apartment can be rented fully furnished (except for bed/mattress) or unfurnished. Living area has a new carpet and bedroom has new modern vinyl plank flooring, both rooms have ceiling fans. Parking available on property. You will live in a private, wooded setting and have easy access to secluded walking trails in the nearby Battlefield Park and to fishing and boating in the Hunting Run Reservoir. Just 15 minutes away you have Harrison’s Crossing, Spotsylvania Town Center and Central Park, providing shopping and other recreational opportunities. Only a short distance from the Spotsylvania commuter lot and I-95.
