David's room

Room for rent in Ruskin area. 2 miles from the beach or I-75. Wooded lot in great quiet neighborhood, very drama free. Wifi and Netflix available, shared bath, living room, kitchen and porch. Month to month lease, first month + last month to move in. Room has a table desk and closet with filing cabinet, any of that can stay or go. Smoking friendly and I have no pets but don’t mind them. Lots of wildlife in the yard, foxes, skunks, hogs, hawks, owls, coyote on occasion. I have a chicken coop out back and irrigated garden space if you want to use it.

I work at home so I’m nearly always here, my son lives here as well. Little kids here every weekend. Very mellow, zero drama, zero cares. I keep to myself, mostly meditate and work and deal with my kids.
