About the room
Located in downtown Santa Barbara, no more than 5 to 10min walk to State Street (Groceries/Pharmacy, Gym, restaurants, clothing stores etc…), ~10min drive to the beach. ~1300 Sq. Ft. Full kitchen: dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven. Shared kitchenware if desired (I have frying pans, pots, utensils, etc)
Personal room isn’t furnished but the living room is, big couch, TV, etc (see photos)…
Covered and reserved parking spot included.

I’m 28 years old, just moved to Santa Baraba and working full-time as an Electrical/Antenna Engineer. I love cars, gaming, music, and art. Looking for a roommate to help lower cost of living, generally extroverted but do like to keep time to myself. I’m a “mi casa es tu casa” type person and don’t mind if you have guests over occasionally.
