2 floor apt. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Shared bathroom. But it will mostly be yours to use because one roommate is always gone. Laundry machine in apt unit. 1 space garage available to use too. Apt is 5min walk to Tozai Plaza and Pacific Square. No bills to pay. Just rent. Also got 300+ Mbps internet. Down to make it even faster if roomie wants to. Boba time and boiling point 5min walk.

About the roomies Will be sharing the apt with 2 people in their 20s. Bea is a travel nurse and I am currently in school. Bea will not be living at home as a travel nurse until Mar’23 but will come home if needed so really just living with one other person in a two flr apt. Also, you will get the BATHROOM to yourself most of the time. since one roommate wont be home a lot.
