The available room is upstairs and is clean; has closet and window, shared full bathroom upstairs but there is also a downstairs 1/2 bath available to use. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen and breakfast area (and 1/2 bath). Fenced backyard (but no dogs, please). Detached garage spot available on a rotating basis. Other parking is available on the street. All utilities paid (water, electricity, internet.) Refundable deposit if the room is left in good condition.
All three roomies are very nice and friendly. Owner (roommate 1) is 21 years old, male, graduated college, works M-F and likes to have fun when not working. Watches sports, hangs with friends.
Roommate 2 is female, 25 years old; works full time. Roommate 3 is female, 21 years old; works full time.
