About the room
The room for rent is unfurnished. It is the master bedroom of the house. It comes with a 6’ x6’ walk in closest, dual sink, one bathtub and a standing shower. You will have access to all common areas. The contract will be for a minimum of 10 Months; after that, your lease will be month to month for as long as you like. Utilities are included. The house is a little under two years old. It’s a great environment with the BEST roommates who are considerate communicative, and clean!
