Shan's room

Hi guys! Im a female in my 30s who works a lot and is rarely home I have an empty private room with a private bath that would be yours also (both upstairs) full access to laundry room and the downstairs kitchen as well as backyard. A spot in the driveway would be yours as the hoa does not allow overnight on street parking. The room is currently unfurnished. I cook so you are more than welcome to any of the food I make. Located in a beautiful upscale community southwest. Proof of income is required.

My mother is also currently living in the home but is quiet and is usually in her room. She is on a waiting list for an elderly condo and is staying with me temporarily. I am usually gone most of the time. There is also an upstairs loft that is not really used would consider allowing someone to turn it into their own private living room if wanted.
