Room available in 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath town home in Murfreesboro,Tn 10 or 12 month lease only. The townhome is located in a small tucked off area on S. Rutherford Blvd very close walking distance and quick drive to restaurants , gas stations and stores and only a 3 minute drive to MTSU. The Community is very safe and friendly .

You will have a furnished private room and bath that comes with a queen bed with new mattress, dresser and computer desk and chair( you can make the room your own) we will share common areas like the kitchen, living room, and patio. The rent is 900.00 including utilities internet, water and electric with a 250.00 refundable deposit at the end of lease within requirements. A background, reference, and employee check is required
