Hi there folks!

I’m looking for a roommate (or a couple) to rent the basement unit of my rental home in North Boulder! Rental starting November or December, month-to-month lease (but if it’s a good fit hopefully long term!)

• Full basement unit with a bedroom, living room, small office, private bathroom, and storage space
• In-unit laundry (shared)
• Upstairs kitchen is shared
• Small garage for extra storage
• Street parking (but it’s a quiet neighborhood so there’s lots of room)
• Beautiful front and backyard with lots of porch space and room for gardening
• Just a few blocks away from North Boulder Park!
• Utilities not included

A bit about me - I’m in my late twenties and love having a good mix of social time, outdoors time, and quiet time. I work from home, so I will be home often, but that just makes the weekend and evenings more fun for activities! I have a sweet doggo who is overly friendly and very excitable, so expect lots of dog love when you get home. Preferably looking for a roommate without a pet, as my landlord doesn’t want any additional pets.
