Mckinnie Avenue

We have an unifinished basement we are trying to rent out, it needs a fresh coat of paint and an area rug, we have seen absolutely no leaking and it doesn’t match the temperature outside (I went down there this morning and I swear it was warmer then my room this morning), half the basement is yours and the half from bottom of the stairs is house storage. The stairs are steep. Cannot accept anymore pets
