Room in two story house in quiet neighborhood with shared bathroom, small living area with cable tv, full kitchen and laundry use ( clean up after yourself and use your own laundry supplies), no smoking or vaping in doors, no drugs on property, no overnight guests, street parking, utilities and Wi-Fi included. Must keep the areas you use clean.
