15th Street

This is a great high-rise property in the middle of Downtown Denver. It’s only one block away from 16th St Mall and really couldn’t be in a better location. This property is a 3 Bed 3 Bath, however one of the bathrooms does not have a shower, but you are welcome to use either of the two bathrooms with a shower at anytime. The room is unfurnished but a good size for an apartment in downtown, with brick walls and a window which lets in a lot of natural light. There is no closet in the room, however there is a large walk-in closet with brand new built-ins that is open for use! The kitchen and living room are very spacious with a giant balcony that overlooks the city. There is also a dining room off of the open area which has a second balcony. There is a laundromat, gym, and pool in the building and everybody is super friendly. Definitely a great property in Denver!

Myself and the other girl currently living in the building are very welcoming and we love meeting new people. All of the common areas are of course, open to use anytime. We also have a kitten who is vaccinated and very friendly. We are both in school, so one of us is typically gone throughout the day which allows you privacy as well. We would love to meet someone cool who wants to explore Denver with us :)
