Unfurnished room with shared bathroom. This is a smoke free home, we do not allow smoking in and outside within the premises/property, no drugs or any illegal substances, no guest or visitation, no pets allowed. This home is secured with cameras and smart control, and has package box for your online orders. Kitchen access but only light cooking. Bathroom is share with another tenant. You will have your own pantry spaces to use but no fridge, sorry.

We are a married couple and we both have full time jobs. He works in the bank, and I work as a cook. We are the only ones currently living in our home. We are responsible, respectful, clean people. We would like to have a roommate that is also the same.
