About the room

Room is down stairs and is the biggest in the house 18foot by 11foot with a built in boutique and a good size closet. We live on 3.75 acres with lots of trees, makes coffee in the morning just like you wee camping. Fire pit out back and 1/2 block from public beach and boat launch.

About the roomies

Im Robert 60 year old male and a contractor, my 9 year old grandson lives with me up stairs. Full kitchen down stairs / laundry & restroom. Two other roommates that are respectful and quiet. Everyone here is easy to get along with.
