About the room
It is such an awesome apartment and has a unique history! This was part of the banquette room at one time when the Cuvier Press Club was located in the building. The ceilings are 18 feet and you have the best view of the city to the east with windows that are 12 feet each! Here’s a link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03zX47DFF8w&t=12s. You’ll see the original woodwork, ceiling, and marble details in the video. The primary bedroom is lofted above the living space with an open stairway overlooking that main apartment.
About the roomies
I currently live in Oakley by myself. My rent is being increased, which doesn’t excite me too much. I’m looking for a roommate to share a place with and spend time outside of work. I always wanted to move Downtown and be able to walk to places.
I’m 25 years of age, an engineer, and stay organized. I like to travel and spend most of my time outside at bars, parks, and sporting events. I’m originally from Indiana and graduated from Purdue in 2019. My ideal roommate is someone who is responsible and takes ownership of their material. I’m always happy to share my stuff and talk. My hobbies include playing golf, guitar, and bourbon tasting :)
