Renting out a room in a 3 bedroom apartment. Room currently has a bed, a tv, a couple small dressers and a mirror. There is a half bathroom next to the room. Me and other roommate typically only use the larger bathroom. I can do 650 unfurnished and 700 furnished utilities included for both prices. There is a small gym set in the living room that is for everyone’s use. Also a PS4 for use. There are two cats in the home. Both are about 3 years of age. Very chill. Place is pretty quiet. I am traveling for work so for the most part it will be the roommate that is there already, Robert, and whoever takes the room. I come back about once a month for a few days. I do have a friend that comes over every couple of days to look after the cats. Shopping center, max and busses nearby. One other male and myself living here. We are both respectful of others and do our best to keep common areas clean. We are pretty chill, game from time to time. I like to go out hiking, walking exploring also. For now I am traveling for work. I pop in about once a month. I have a friend that stops by every couple of days to take care of the cats.
