Walkable to Meta and a short drive to Microsoft/Google. It’s close enough to enjoy the fun and food of Seattle, but you’ll get to stay in a safer, nicer eastside neighborhood. It has an updated kitchen with a gas stove top, a French-door fridge, and amazing stainless steel appliances. Comes with central AC and full-house fan, as well as security features like entry/exit alarm and video monitored front door. It also has a covered patio along with a decently sized fenced backyard. Attached 2-car garage with additional parking in the community lot. Pet friendly.

This floor plan was originally rented for $4450/month, but we are offering a discounted rate as incentive. You can either rent both side bedrooms (one would be perfect as an office) and the full bath for $2200/month, or take over the entire lease at $4000/month (plus covering our $500 cleaning/move-out fee). It’s pet friendly for lease transfer, but I’d prefer no other pets from roommates as I have a dog and 2 cats. There’s a little room for negotiation if you can move in immediately.

About me - I enjoy everything fitness and outdoors (gym, hiking, climbing, skiing, cycling, dancing, etc.) I’m plant-based and live a sustainable life style. I love cooking and baking from scratch, as well as exploring restaurants of all cuisines. I’m respectful, clean and communicate well, and I’d appreciate the same. I have two lovely kitties and a GSD mix. They are fully vaccinated and very sweet-mannered. I have lived with many roommates before and I’m very easy to get along with as long as you are reasonable. I’d love to find someone with a similar lifestyle and we could even explore Seattle together!
